The definitive media tracking app for movies, series, games, books, and audiobooks, gets even better with iOS 18. The latest update brings new features for faster access, smarter search, fresh app icons, and more.
Control Center Widgets: Instant Access From Anywhere
With Sequel 2.4, iOS 18 users can now access their media libraries or open online search directly from Control Center or lock screen. Your favorite media is now just a tap away, making Sequel even more convenient.
Spotlight: Find What You Need Fast
The new Spotlight integration for iOS 18 lets you quickly find your saved items from your home screen. Just pull down, start typing, and Spotlight surfaces your media straight from Sequel—whether it’s a book, game, or your favorite series.
Dark and Tinted App Icons: Style Your App
All 26 alternative app icons have been optimized for iOS 18’s Dark Mode. Several icons have been redesigned to look better than ever too, giving users even more stylish options to customize their home screens.
Completion Dates: Keep Your Tracking Accurate
In Sequel 2.4, users can now easily view and edit completion dates across all media types. For TV episodes, Sequel automatically staggers completion dates based on runtime when you complete more than one. Ideal for a late-night binge session!
Rate Episodes: Keep Track of Your Favorites
Sequel now allows users to rate individual episodes, helping you keep track of your favorites. The episode details screen has also been redesigned to incorporate these new features, for a more streamlined interface.
